KYC Verification: Before making a withdrawal, you'll need to verify your identity using a national ID or passport. This is part of our security policy.
Jaackpot regularly offers a range of bonuses and promo offers. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Reading those terms before claiming any bonus is mandatory.
The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They will only convert to real money once the wagering requirements have been met.
Jaackpot currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
Important: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal must also go to Mobile Pay.
There are some basic rules you need to follow when placing bets on Jaackpot. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — unless Jaackpot decides otherwise under special circumstances.
If an event is cancelled or results in a void, the stake will be refunded. However, different conditions apply to parlay or combo bets — if one event in the bet is cancelled, that selection's odds will be counted as 1.00.
Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
