Your balance is usually updated within 5–15 minutes. Providing the correct transaction ID helps speed up the process.

How to withdraw your winnings quickly and safely.
Please note: KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Submit a photo of your NID or passport.
Go to the cashier and click the "Withdrawal" tab. Enter your payment method, number, and amount, then submit. Funds typically arrive within 1–4 hours.

Jaackpot uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.00 mean a BDT 100 bet returns BDT 200 if you win (your original BDT 100 stake included).
Odds update in real time as the match progresses. Go to the "Live" tab in the Sports section to place bets on ongoing matches.
On your bet slip, you'll see a "Cash Out" option next to any active bet. Check the current value and decide from there.
Combine multiple match bets into one. If all selections win, the odds multiply for a bigger payout. You can add between 2 and 15 selections.

A 100% match bonus is automatically applied to your first deposit after registration, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
